Paper on the question of whether Presbyterians may be ordained by Diocesan Bishops. ‘1 This hath been done. In Edw: 6s time. John a Lasco, with his Congregation of Germans setled here by the Kings Patent.’ Black records this as being by Francis Tallents and that he has 'superscribred' it ‘7’. Baxter is mentioned in the last line.
